Change comes with questions and here are some of the more frequently asked ones:
Q: What does this mean for our customers and what is going to change? A: You will still get the great customer experience, equipment, and services Alta has always offered, that will not change. What will change is our branding so you will see changes to aspects of our business like our website, social media channels, email addresses and signatures. Your sales rep will remain your sales rep and how you have contacted them in the past has not changed.
Q: Will the services Alta provides change? A: Alta provides a multitude of materials handling solutions designed to support the Midwest economy. No services will go away, but we hope to expand our offerings to our customers in the future.
Q: What about the Construction side of the business? A: The construction side of our business will be called Alta Equipment Company; the construction side of our business will still offer the same services!
Q: Who do I contact if I have further questions? A: Should you have any questions please feel free to call us at 855-621-1383 and we would be happy to help you!
Q: When does this change take effect? A: You will continue to see small changes and status updates; the full integration will take place June 1.
Q: Will a new copy of your W9 be provided? A: A new W9 is not needed for this change, the ones you have on file are still valid and accurate.
